Forklift manufacturers tell you how to prevent forklift failure

The method of prevention. According to the manufacturer's rules, establish a life list of parts and components; each forklift sets up a statistical table of the use of parts, and records the various parts of the consumables, the hours of operation of the forklift, etc., and compares them with the life table. In case of extreme working time, replace it in time.
Human error. For example, when the carburetor is maintained, the spring washer is dropped into the intake pipe, causing the piston to be abolished; the anti-freezing water is loose, causing the oil sump to enter the water; if the repair is accidental, the crankshaft timing gear is bumped by the object, presenting A bulge, the bulge against the timing gear on the camshaft caused an abnormal noise in the engine. The seal ring device on the valve guide improperly caused the exhaust pipe to smash the oil; if the abnormal sound was not adopted, the shaft was scrapped; the connecting rod bolt was too tight and damaged, causing the engine cylinder to be invalid.
Leak-proof method. Carefully dispose of all kinds of pads. Such as oil pan or valve cover, because of the large touch area, it is not easy to compact, and simply forms oil leakage. After the oil seal at the rear of the crankshaft leaks oil, the oil will enter the clutch, which will cost the oil and cause the clutch plate to slip and burn. Or repair the main bearing in time. When the cooperation gap between the main bearing and the journal is too large, the front and rear oil seals will lose the sealing due to the impact effect of the crankshaft, forming oil leakage from the crankshaft head or oil leakage into the clutch, and then polluting the friction plate to cause slippage and failure of operation.
